Fur Mesh Weaving Process

Mesh weaving is a fur processing technique that cuts the entire leather or the edges and corners of a certain part of the raw material into uniformly wide fur strips, which are then connected and woven on the net to create exquisite woven fur clothing.

Step 1: Pick the material. When selecting materials, the tails of male and female ferrets should be separated, and the length and thickness of the fur should be clearly distinguished; The color and density of the hair roots and plush should be consistent. Remove bad skin such as raw boards, oil boards, groove boards, bald hair, and knots.

Step 2: Cutting and splicing. The cutting width of a typical mink tail leather strip is 0.27cm, the length of the ferret tail leather strip is 0.3cm, and the width of the strip should be uniform and consistent, and the strips should be connected with threads.

Step 3: Thread through the net. Firstly, the leather plate of the leather strip should be dyed to match the color of the hair tips. When connecting the fur strips, they should be used according to the size of the hair tips, the depth of the color, and the density and smoothness of the root fibers. Wearing woolen tops requires consistency in elasticity and density to achieve smooth and strict development.
