Knife piercing process

The processing technology of mink skin is called "piercing knife". When buying mink skin, you can carefully touch it with your fingers on a large flat surface, and you can find the edges one by one. This is the "piercing knife" process. "Piercing knife" is to cut the "mouth" into "llll", which is to cut a piece of mink skin into small finger wide strips, and then sew them again. The stitching is particularly fine, much thinner than the embroidery stitches. This is to increase the size of the skin, which is reasonable, but not the main purpose. Secondly, to make the clothing have a natural drape and dynamic feeling after processing, otherwise using the entire mink skin to sew will have an unsightly effect, which is easy to produce a large number of wrinkles and folds. It is also reasonable to do so for the effect of not sticking to the clothing. In the stitching, special thread is used for very fine and dense stitching.
